1 Exploring the Challenges of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion in Education in Bangladesh by Anamul Haque & Md. Shamsul Kabir Inclusive education (IE) is an effective and popular global reform strategy that attempt to include all students in the mainstream schooling framework, acknowledging the rights of children with disability. Since Bangladesh achieved Millennium Development Goal (MDGs) in 2010, the country has been thriving to achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by meeting all the development junctures proposed by the United Nations (UN). Ensuring a quality education for all citizens remains one of the critical goals. Bangladesh is also a signatory of major international declarations of inclusive education and promises to educate all citizens as the constitution holds the fundamental right to education. However, equality, diversity, and inclusion are crucial issues indicated in several studies that sought to identify the barriers and challenges to implementation in education. Besides, educating students with disabilities in mainstream schools is a moderately fresh concept within the education framework in Bangladesh. However, Bangladesh has an excellent opportunity to serve all students along with children with disability by addressing the challenges and barriers. This paper attempts to identify the gaps and challenges in the policies and implementation to ensure equality, diversity, and inclusion in education in Bangladesh. The data has been collected from published peer-reviewed journals, articles, and websites. The paper finds, that the divide and digital poverty create barriers to implementing inclusive education. It also finds gender disparity in teaching and salary-based discrimination. In addition, male teachers are less encouraged to get involved in primary/early age education, and teachers are less valued in remote/rural areas than in urban areas. 2 A Comparative study on the use of Digital Documentation in HMCT colleges of Pune by Sumeet Dua & Manoj Suryawanshi This paper is aimed at creating awareness about the advantages of utilizing Automate/Digital Documentation Vs Non- Automated/ Traditional Paper Documentation in academics of the hotel management students. The automated/Digital has multiple uses within the HMCT Colleges in Pune; even before a student or parent has visited the institution. Digitization would mean the parents and potential students can take a 360 Degree view of the college, its facilities, and infrastructure and also be able to research the panel of faculty. Also, potential students would be able to avail of all relevant information about courses; more so, all relevant documentation for online applications could be uploaded and authenticated digitally for admissions without having to visit the institution, saving valuable time and money. Students/ parents could receive notices, alerts, and circulars about their timetables, attendance, exam notification, and hall tickets digitally. The academic department would also be able to upload the relevant curriculum which would aid the faculty and students in updating the reference books and notes and any assignments needed. Teaching and non-teaching staff would have individualized access to information to modify or view data with each log-in accessed by anyone would be recorded under their ID with date and time stamp to avoid misuse of data or any changes within. The data could make systems and procedures better but also save time, funds, and make processes swift. The study concludes the perception of the students of HMCT Colleges. 30-April-2022 25-May-2022/

3 Does Career Success mediate the relationship between Impression Management and Happiness? by Amritha Jessica Samson & Dr. A. S. Saranya Impression management refers to conscious or subconscious attempts to influence the way a person thinks about a particular person, event or object. Such tactics, adopted by an individual, influence the way his colleagues think of him and determines his success in the organisation. If an employee considers himself successful in his career, he is most likely to be happy in life. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship that exists between the factors of Impression Management, Career Success and factors of Happiness and to test if Career Success is a Mediator between the factors of Impression Management and Happiness. The sample for the study consists of 330 employees of the private sector. The sampling technique adopted is Purposive sampling because only employees with a work experience of minimum 5 years were requested to be part of the study. Data was collected using a questionnaire framed using the scales of Bolino and Turnley, Parasuraman and Wormley and the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire. Percentage, Correlation, Regression and the Mediation Test were used to analyse the data. The results of the study showed that Career Success acts as a Mediator between the factors of Impression Management and Happiness. 30-April-2022 25-May-2022/

4 A Study of Cyber Security Threats in the Era of Covid-19 Pandemic by Amit Patel, Chirag Mehta and Yatin Patel Because of the COVID-19 crisis, the entire world relies more than ever on computer systems, mobile devices and the Internet to operate, connect, shop, exchange and receives information and otherwise reduces the effect of social distance. In this crisis, malicious actors leverage vulnerabilities to their own benefit. Cybercrime is one of the first to continue and spread misinformation and to achieve financial benefit. This paper provides how COVID-19 has so far changed the nature of cyber security threats. Society has seen a huge increase in cyber security attacks during this pandemic, and the purpose of this paper is to examine this. This paper addresses the specific threat in cyber security during this pandemic as well as their actions and their criminal aims. The impact of COVID-19 on society from the perspective of cyber security threats and a discussion on why information security awareness is still of the utmost importance is also given. 5 Antimicrobial Activity and Phytochemical Evaluation of Grewia Abutilifolia’s Leaves Extracts by Dolly Rani , G.T. Kulkarni , Nitin Rai and Harsha Kharkwal Grewia abutilifolia is a threatened medicinal plant having immense unexplored therapeutic potential. The aspiration of this study was to establish the antimicrobial and phytochemical constitution of this natural product in order to perpetuate its unexplored potential. Extraction was carried out such as water, methanol, n-Hexane, and Ethyl Acetate. The antimicrobial activities of different extracts were assessed by the Disk diffusion method against four bacterial and two fungal strains. All the extracts have demonstrated an equivalent effect against four bacterial strains at different concentrations. The aqueous extract was found to be more effective against E. coli while extract of ethyl Acetate exhibited almost equal activity against all four bacterial strains. N-hexane’s extract displayed more activity against by cold maceration and Hot percolation (Soxhlet apparatus) process using various solvents B. Subtilis, P. aeruginosa, and E. coli. Almost similar antimicrobial activities pattern was shown by cold macerated extracts.The Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) of the plant extracts ranged from 50 to 250 μg/ml. Some extracts exhibited anti-microbial potency comparable commercially antimicrobial agents. All these observations thus contribute to a strengthening of the utilization of plants in the cosmeceutical and pharmaceutical industries. 01-May-2022 28-May-2022/
